At a mcetinrr of the Top Hands' Association held at We-it .Ylaitland, at which there wore representatives 01 74 miivers' lodges in the noitherif fuTJ, it was unanimously resolved thai- in view of tiie failure at the coal tribunal to hear the claims of the hands aggregate meetings be hold on Mo:> day. and that members be reconirmended to cease work forthwith.
