* GERMANS UNDERTAKE FLIGHT. (BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.) (REUTER's TELEGRAMS.) (Received August 14th, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, August 13. A squadron of Colombian hydroplanes, manned by Germans, has arrived at Balbao, en route to the United States. The object of tho flight is said to bo to study the possibility of establishing a permanent air route between Colombia and the United States. .
