Mr Cook added that the miners would seo that the question of nationalisation camo into the enquiry. : the miners presented to tho Mines Department their views in regard to the personnel and terms of reference of the Commission. The result of the interview is not disclosed, but on leaving memhers of the deputation looked most grave, Mr Cook remarking: "There is no agreement and no settlement. V The deputation reports to the executive of the Miners' Federation to-mor-tow morning.
