SOUTH AFRICA'S PROBLEMS

In connexion with the unemployment problem, the Minister of Labour, is preparing a Bill for the establishment of labour colonies, the main features of which are the abolition of public relief works and the provision of labour colonies for those who will not work. It will be on the Belgian model.
