Signor Do iStefani and Signor Do Nava, Italian Ministers of Finance and Economy respectively, have resigned. The Romo correspondent of tho "Diiily Telegraph" says that Signor Do Stefani's administration probably was. not responsible for tho depreciation of the lira, but his adversaries took tho occasion to undermine his prestige and he resigned spontaneously. Do Nava also leaves of his own accord. The work in his department, to which agriculture is attached, has been handicaped owing to lack of financial support.
