A statutory first offender, aged G9 years, was convicted and discharged. He had 6pcnt the night in the lock-up. REMANDED. On a charge of having been found in a state of helpless drunkenness in Clare road on Wednesday, Albert Edward Mackinson, aged 39 years, was remanded till Tuesday. Ho will be medically treated in tho meantime. • Charged with having- stolen 20s, the property of the Sydenham Picture Co., on Tuesday," a confectioner named Robert Hector Butcher, aged 34 years, .residing in Addington, was remanded to appear on Thursday.
