The Allied note to Germany with regard to disarmament will be presented at Berlin on l June 4th. It consists of five pages, with two annexes, firstly setting out what has been dene and what is undone in the execution of the Versailles Treaty, and laying .down a list of what remain's to be carried out, and secondly giving the text of the Reparations Commission's note to tho Conference (if Ambassadors declaring that Germany is in order aa regards tho execution of the Dawes plan. The Note is conciliatory in tone, but it informs GenliaJiy that tile Cologne zone cannot be evacuated until the disarmament conditions'are fulfilled.
