"VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a » Special Meeting of the Board held on the 6th day of May, 1935, it was resolved by special order that tho Board proceed to raise L special loan of Fifteen Thousand Pounds (£15,000) to be applied by the.Board in the construction of electric works within the Milvorn Power District in_ tho acquisition of certain'. rights over or in connexion with; wrfating electrio works within tho said district,' in tho >paymei;i' of; all authorised expenses and debts, and is the installation and carrying out of all other, authorised works.
