The Canadian Government hopes to make ijhe appointment of a Canadian Minister to Washington shortly. So Mr-Mackenzie King (Prime Minister) announced when a vote of 60,000 dollars for Canadian representation in the United States came up for consideration. He said the Government found it difficult to'find the person it wanted'to represent Canada, and referred to the . necessary personal expenses which went with the post.
