KAIAPOI LICENSING COMMITTEE.
ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of tbo Kaiapoi District Licensing Committee was hold yesterday. Present—Messrs Wyvern Wilßon, S.M. (chairman), F. J. W. Footer, C. Leech, A. Peaice, and "u. D. Eihonnjton. Satisfactory reports were received from the police and Health Department. Tho following transfer was approved:— Royal Hotel, Woodend, Konnetk C. McKenzio to George W. Dransfield. The following lioenses were granted: Commercial Hotel, Kirwec, Albert Fry Falconer; Royal Hotel, 'VWxlend, George W.Dransfield; Bowor Hotel, New Brighton, Albert M. Chi vers-. Belfast Hotel, Belfast, William Martin; Plough Hotel, Rangiora, Patrick O'Donoghue; Mandeville Hotel, Kaiapoi, Alfred P. Piatt. The following renewals of license# were granted:—Bed Xiion Hotel, Itangiora, John McClure; Pier Hold, Kaiapoi, Frances E. Tanaey; Masonic Hotel, Southbrooi, John S. Barton; Kaikanui Hotel. Kaiapoi, .Times H. Spence; Junction Hotel,' Rahgiora, George Cudby; Oust Hotel, Cuet, Hugh G. "Webb.
