A motion has been filed in the Supreme Court asking; that the by-law prohioiting motor-buses plying in Queen street be rescinded on the grounds that it is unreasonable, partial, and unequal in its operation; is oppressive; that it discloses bad faith; is in restraint of trade; and is ultra Tires.
