LONG TERM CREDITS URGED

After investigating tho matter for two yeais on behalf of tho I ederal Government, Dr. Tory, president of the University of Alberta, rocommends that long term credits should be provided at moderate rates of interest for the development of agriculture in Canada, and tho best system would bo one based on co-operation between the federal and provincial Governments. Dr. Tory finds that an immediate improvement in the methods of agriculture and financing are needed'if Canada is to maintain her place in the world of agriculture.
