, IMPROVED FACILITIES. (*X CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPTBIOHT.) (SiDNEY "SUN" SEBVICE.) LONDON, March 30. The Port of London Authority has given sanction to a colossal £4,000,000 scheme, which it is claimed will make London the greatest port in the world. It is intended to complete within four years an enormous floating landingstage at Tilbury, adjoining a projected railway station, also a 1000 ft long entrance lock and 1000 ft dry dock.
