NEW SOUTH WALES. (by cable— pkess association—COPTßlGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND S.Z. CABLE ABSO'CIATIGH.) SYDNEY, March. 31. The special session of Parliament ends to-morrow. It is oxnccted that the Government will dissolve Parliament almost immediately and the elections will be hel'i about tho middle of May. In the Assembly tho Marriago Law Amendment Bill was passed by an overwhelming majority, the Labour Party, with one exception, voting en bloc with the Government. Mr Lang, in supporting the amendment, said that for once the Labour Party found itself ranged «longsido the members of the Upper House in an effort to prevent the Minister of Justice froni paganising marriage and bringing about a sectarian election.
