ENGINE JUMPS RAILS.
DRIVER AND FIREMAN KILLED. (bi cable—rßESs association—copybight.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) SY'DNEY, March 31. A railway smash between Grafton and Casino occurred at a late hour last night. A goods train was wrecked, and Driver J. Glccson and Fireman H. Curnow, both of Lismorc, were killed. The engine jumped the rails, the tender being thrown on its side and hcav-ily-laden trucks telescoped. The guard, who was the only other person on the train, escaped injury.
