PLURAL VOTING.
ITALIAN BlLti PASSED, (at c*Ji£—nni ASsociitio*—conaiasi) (lirUTlß'B 7KUEOR&MB.) ROME, February 15. The Senate, by 214 votes to 58, adopted the Government's Electoral Reform Bill, including provisions for plural voting for persons of social and intellectual position.
