It is aemi-oflScially emphacised that during the past four months the Allied Military Control Commission had fuS opportunity of ascertaining ibat Germany had fulfilled the disarmament clauses of the treaty in every field. In regard to the five points, it is declared that a. considerable portion of the demands comprised therein have already been fulfilled, whiio negotiations are pending in respect to the other points. [The statement is evidently a reply to" Ciirx.on, who stated in the House of Lords that the evacuation of Cologne was Being; delayed by German obstruction of the Commission.]
