THE SIXTH OLYMPIA.
OPENS ON SATURDAY. Canterbury's big motor exhibition, Olympia the Sixth, will bo declared open on Saturday evening at 8 p.m. at King Edward Barracks, Cashel stroet West, by the Mayoi (Mr J. A. Flesher). Olympia, has been one of the big features of Carnival Week in Christchurch for the past six years. Evidenco of that rests in the fact that last year over 25,000 persons visited tho exhibition at both day and evening sessions. Olympia will be open continuously from November Bth to November 15th. The show this year will bo a, distinct advance on that of "former years, as a )ar<*e number of new cars and trucks will make their appearance from British, American and Continental manufacturers. There will bo 35 exhibitors of cars, trunks and motorcvcles, the space utilised being over 31,000 square feet. Nothing has been omitted t.i ensure the success of Olympia. As usual, at both day and evening sessions, tho work of a competent orchestra will heighten the carnival spirit.
