With regard to finance the report stated that owing to the fact that the club wm comprised of so many young players, whosa subscriptions were small, the liabilities had increased whilst revenue hod not increased in proportion. A. Williams, A. K. Firth; club captain, Mr K. H. North; honorary secretary, Mr F. Woods; honorary treasurer, Mr A. Wright; honorary auditor, Mr A. H. Noall; committee, Messrs S. W. Hickmott, C. S.. Thompson, J. T. Burrows, I. B. Cromb, A. Williams, C. G. Crawford, C. Ftilloon and A. W. Thomas ; ■ delegates to the Canterbury Cricket Association, Messrs C. S. Thompson, H. H. North, J. S.
