Had his attention been drawn to a number of complaints that had been made as to the inadequacy and irregularity of the staamor service between Dunodin and Bluff and Melbourne, asked Mr T. K. Sido'y, without notice, of the Minister of Marino in tho House of Eepresentativeg to-night, and would he take steps to see that fair treatment was accorded the southern part of New Zealand? Tho irregularity and uncertainty of the dates of sailing greatly discouraged tho passenger and other traffic, paid the hon, member. The Hon. Q. J.
