Residents of the city, which is strict* ly prohibitionist, were amazed at the arrest in the main street of ft drunken person, who was found to b© in possession of a bottlo of brandy. The man proved to be Judge Kapy, President of the Appeal Court. It was at first thought that he was ill and bad prooured the brandy for medicinal use, but the Public Prosecutor intervened and defendant was fined 3500 marks. Tho public are indignant at this exposure of Prohibition administration.
