RISING IN MOROCCO.
SPANISH GARRISON HEMMED IN. (bt cable—pases association—coptriqht) ("Axons.") (Received August 14th, 9.15 p.m.) LONDON, August 14. The Paris correspondent of the "Daily Express" says a rising of native tribes in the Spanish zone in Morocco created a situation appoaching panic in Melilla. Rebels have surrounded the Ellau Line, within which the Spanish garrison is imprisoned.
General de Rivera has despatched reinforcements.
