NIPPED IN THE BUD.
REVOLUTION IN LISBON. LISBON, August 12. Eadicals and Communists attempted a revolution last evening, but were speedily overpowered by police after a few bombs had been' thrown without doing damage.
The police and military are now in full control of tho city.
