Advices from Riga state that Poland, following the Bolshevik bandits' attacks on the Polish frontier, strongly protested to the Soviet, demanding explanations and threatening to break off diplomatic relations in the event of non-compliance. Mo a while the Bolsheviks harre carried out further raids.
