_— 'lbs Lyttelton Tutorial Class is holding a. social evening Saturday, at which Preiessor Shelley, easisted by Christchurch and Lyttelton artists, will give a dramatic reaiding. \ • Thai education conference, promoted by thai w!e.A, and. th 6 Canterbury Centre of the N.Z.E.1., will be resumed on Saturday evening, when Hessrs Poison and Lawn will speak" on the administration- of primary schools.. Subscriptions to the funds of the Canterbury District Council Have been received ffom the D.1.C., and from J&ssrs J. and W. Jamiesoa, tacit firm contributing two guineas.
