As a sequel to the robbery at the Canterbury branch, of tho Commercial Bank, the teller, Alfred William Chittiok, has been arrested and charged ■with th© theft of £522. When Mr Morgan left to answer tho call. Chittick entered tho bank, and was' confronted by an armed man who told-him not to more or he-would bo shot. The intruder then snatched the bank's revolvor from the wall and grabbed a handful of notes from a drawer.
