Growing since 1860—rapidly extending to-day. GROWING because it deserves to grow. Although constant additions have been made to Beath's Warehouse in the past few years, the time has come when much bigger buildings are vitally necessary. The picture shows " the Beath's to be." A contract has been let for the first part of the new structure, and work is now being pushed on apace. Additions will follow from time to time until the building is completed as shown. No building in New Zealand will be better equipped to meet, the exigencies of a modern and rapidly expanding drapery business. BEATH'S block, on the comer of Colombo and Cashel Streets, Christchurch, is the centre of the retail business activities of the city. The new building, constructed so that day-lighting is possible on all four sides, will be completed along the most modern lines. New elevators, wide stairways, and roomy departments will give every facility for quick movement and the prompt service of customers. Further departments will be added from time to time, and the aim ever be to supply more goods, better goods, at prices always reasonable. The phenomenal growth of Beath's in the past few year# proves that the public appreciate dependable service. Beath's business continues to grow because it deserve* to grow.. Destined to become the largest retail distributors of Soft Goods in New Zealand.
