The Paris correspondent of "The limes" says tliafc the stage is nipidb setting for the opening of Franco-Rus-sian recognition. Frequent telegrams are being exchanged between Paris and .Moscow. The French Government has assured the Soviet Government that France is ready to show the goodwill necessaij for the resumption of nonnal relations. It asks the fooviet in return to meet the just claims of the French Government.
