His Excellency Lord Jellicoe, Dominion Chief Scout, has forwarded to the Executive Committee of the Dominion Boy Scout Council, the test of a resolution submitted to ihe Assembly of the League of Nations, recognising the very real and valuable services rendered by the Boy Scout and Girl Guide movements in the cause of world peace.
