In the season few dishes are more enjoyable than stewed oysters. Try this recipe: STEWED OYSTERS. Boil a breakfutcupful of fresh milk with about 30 oysterwand half-ounce butter and a pinch of salt Mix a dessertspoonful of cornflour with milk to j& smooth cream and add. Stir till boiling—then serve. In order to ensure tLe beat result, use Broun * Poison's Corn Flour To make oyster sauce, use a larger quantity of milk and add chopped parsley.
