EMPIRE WIRELESS CHARGES. (BS CA«LH—ffeBSS ASSOCIATION—COfnUQHT) (BSUTBB'O TOUtaSlttS.) LONDON, July 31. The agreement between Marconi's and the Postmaster-Generai for the. construction of a beam wireless station mentions that tho charge for transmission of telegrams to Canada shall not exceed cable rates, and elsewhere in tho Empire shall not exceed two-thirds of cable rates.
