CLINICAL INSTRUCTION.
PROPOSAL TO AUCKLAND HOSPITAL BOARD. (razss association tslkhux.) AUCKLAND, July 29. The establishment in Auckland of a courso of clinical instruction for medical students was urged at a special meeting of the Hospital Board by Drs. Tewsley and as & deputation from the honorary staff. It was proposed, said Dr. Teivsley, to put on three differe-nt courses of three terms, as in Dunedin. Mr Potter (a member of the Board): It is practically n scheme for instituting a medical school in Auckland. Dr. Tewsley: No, not exactly. We propose to offer only clinical instructive Board decided that the Superintendent, Dr. Maguire, report to the Board and that the honorary staff place its details before it.
