Tho Rome correspondent of the "Daily Express" says the Pope has offered a medal for tho best design of a woman's dress to avoid the immodest bare-arm fashion and conform to the i-cclcsiastical standard of modesty. ("A message from Rome earlier in tho week reported that Monsignor Picrami, officiating in the Church of Santa Passede, refused to administer communion to two women wearing lownecked and sleeveless dresses. The priest publieTy reprimanded tho delinquents for the immodesty of their dross.]
