NEW SUBMARINE.
AMERICAN LEVIATHAN FLEET OF NINE PLANNED. (by cable—rsiss association corrmtanT.) (SIOTIS'S TXLBOBAHS.) (Received July 18th, 7.40 p.m.) NEW YORK, July 17. A Portsmouth, New Hampshire, message says thas a submarine twice the size of any hitherto built in the United States has been launched. It is the first of nine capable of accompanying the Fleet in any weather, and at the highest speed of the Fleet.
