'l'jcl.c/ T»a.iaLaikAxu«i lu.VJi.ri TxUJHi •*- HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIES that it proposes by Special Order, at a Special Meeting to be held at its Office, 59 Cathedral square, on the 11th day of AUGUST, 1924, to direct that General Rates as set out herein shall ha made on all rateable property within the Waimakanri River Trust District as is within the Boroughs of Riccarton, Kaiapoi, and New Brighton, and the Counties of Oxford, Eyre, Rangiora, Heathcot*, .Halswell, Springs, JMLaivera. suncl Paparua respectively, and that such Bate shall be nude, levied and collected on behalf of the Trust by the Borough Councils of Ricoarton, Kaiapoi, and New Brighton, and ora, Heathcote, Halawell, Springs, Malvern. and Paparua respectively, in regard to all such property as is within the Boroughs of Riccarton, Kaiapoi. and New Brighton, and the Counties of Oxford, Eyre, Rangiora, Heathcote, Halswell,. Springe, Malvern, and Paparua respectively. . Such Rates shall be levied on the Capital Yalue of such property and shall be for the period commencing on the Ist day of APRIL, 1924, and ending on the 31et day of MARCH, 1925, and ehall be payable in one sum on a date to be fixed by the Local Bodies making the same respectively, and Bhall bo as follows: — On lands classified in Class A: l-6th of a penny in tho £ On lands classified in Class B: l-7th of a penny in the * On lands cirasiSod in Class C: l-Bth, of a penny in the £ C.
