ROYAL MUSICAL SOCIETY.
The Royal Christchurch Musical Society, in conjunction with the Christchurch. Orchestral Society,, will present the second concert of the 1324 season, under. Mr Sidney Williamson's baton, on the '.evenings of July •Idth and 31st. A very interestiEg programme has been arranged, comprising the beautiful ballad "'The Erl King's Daughter," some unaccompanied part songs *y the chorus, and one or two items by the CThnßtchurch Orchestral Society. The soloists will be: Mrs Percy Rale, of Timaru, soprano; Mnrs W J. Hunter, meazo soprano, and Dr. J. U Pairman, baritone. Besides the ballad work these popular artitts will give other selected items, and the public ore assured of a rw musical treat.. Box plan opens on July 23rd, and seats may be booked at The Bristol.
