There was no Becond plenary session of the- filter-Allied Conference to-day, and there will probably not be another until the three commissions with various controversial questions of detail present their reports. These commissions, which , sat for about two hours in the evening, are dealing with the authority of the Reparations Commission, and with the question of security for investors and bond holders. France and Britain ore uniting io secure tho presence of an American on tlie Reparations Commission, in case of Germany's default, CANADA REPRESENTED. (Received July 17th, 7.55 p.m.)
