FRENCHMAN PLANS ATTACK.

The Paris correspondent of the "Morning Post" says tho monoplane with which Saidi Lecointe, tho aViator, will attempt on Thursday to beat the world's, air speed record, weighs less than 28 cwt.
The wing surface is 16 square metres and the motor of 600 horse-power.
It is expected the speed will be over 280 miles an hour.
