LONDON, June 10,
The Berlin correspondent of tho "Daily Telegraph" says the Belgian Government has granted an amnesty to 50 Ruhr prisoners in tho Belgian Zone.
Tho German Government welcomes the release as facilitating the agreement with the Entente.
A similar action by France is expected. _____
