Following upon a Cabinet meeting, Cabinet resigned. JAPANESE FOR AMERICA. THREE SHIPLOADS EXTRA. (by cable—pbbss association copybight.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) , TOKYO, June 6. Ordinary shipping services are not sufficing for tho transportation of the large numbers of Japanese wishing to return to America before July Ist, when the now Immigration Act will be enforcod. Arrangements have been made between tho Government and shipping firms by which three additional steamers will sail to America immediately.
