Y.M.C.A. CAMERA CLUB.
The anmaal display of photographs by the Chrißichurch Y.M.C.A. Camera Cmb took place on Saturday evening at the Y.M.C.A., 70 pictures being hung. A fine collection of Queensland views by Mr Greenfield, and loaned 'By the club president,. Mr A. P. Osboroe. attracted considerable notice." Of the local work, Mr P. .Lucas shows good architwctural details of Canterbury College, Mr H. Crewe good technical work in "Soeiles, Gelibie's Pass." Mr J. L. Martin shows t-> best advantage in genre work and Sis "Curator" and "Make Believe" are noticeable. Mr H. Brown renders "Ferrymeade" in. a fine peaceful way,-and the prolific exhibitor, Mr W. A. Taylor, in "Waiiti House,'' shows what can be made from simple material. Lantern views were also shown during the interval.
