LONDON, March 6
An amazing story of the squalor in whioh two wealthy brothers lived was revealed at an inquest at Westminster on Thomas Brissenden, who died from degeneration as the result of years of habitual personal neglectA dpctor deposed that he had never seen a filthier home. The police stated that the other brother had died recently in a bath, which was his first for 40 years, and which had been ordered by the sanitary authorities.
