MOTOR VEHICLES BILL.
PREPARATION NEARLY COMPLETE. The Motor Vehicles Bill, which is to provide the financial basis for tho proper working of the Main Highways Act, is nearly completed, and it is expected that the drafting will be finished by the end of this week. The Bill will, first of all, be submitted to Cabinet, and will afterwards be circularised among local bodies and motor associations for an expression of their views.
