INDUSTRIAL HARMONY. (81 CABLE —PRESS ASSOCIATION COPTBIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) ADELAIDE, March 5. The Premier (Sir Henry Bar well), in a policy speech, said that industrial disturbances in South Australia were comparatively few and far between. This was due to the better industrial conditions and to the uncompromising attitude of the Government towards direction action. There was now a better understanding between Capital and Labour than existed for many years. Referring to the financial position, Sir Hemy said that <it was now almost impossible to obtain money in London for local requirements, and the Government therefore was forced to depend largely upon the Australian market.
