The announcement of the formation of the Waitakere Brick and Tile Coy., Ltd., appearing elsewhere in this issue gives t*ie public an opportunity to invest in a brickmaking concern, which is claimed to have excellent prospects. FARMING PROPERTY PASSED IN. Pyne, Gould, Guinness, Ltd., on Monday offered at auction, on account of the estate of the luto George Trail, 209 acres of a freehold farm, situated at Leithfield, with a nine-roomed dwelling. The bidding rose to £24 per acre, at which figure the property was passed in. EGG AUCTION.
