Silverplating Talks No. 2 After all the old silver is removed from the shabby article to be replated and the base metal polished, it is then suspended on wire and immersed in a bath of pure liquid silver. Lake Coleridge power is then turned on which causes the silver to adhere evenly to the base metal surface. It's really surprising what electro-plating will do.
