CHINESE PIRATES BLAMED. (BT CABLE—PBBSS ABSOCIATIOH —COPYIUO2T.) (Sydney Servici.) (Eeceived March 4th, 7.20 p.m.) PEKING, Mardl 4. A Chinese ferry-boat mysteriously disappeared last night with 50 passengers. It is believed that a gang of pirates aboard got possession while the boat was crossing the harbour. An exhaustive search of adjacent waters has proved fruitless. She carried sufficient coal for four days.
