The State Governor (Sir Dudloy de Chair), addressing the Millions Club and stressing Australia's need for popu. lation, said: "If the people of Britain could only be brought to realise the opportunities of this new country, tho Commonwealth would be inundated with immigrants." Unfortunately, he added, the people of England did not realise the position.
