" ' RESOLUTION. That in pursuance and. exercise of the povvers vested in it in that behalf by "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920," Section 145, and "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," Section 16, the Riccarton Borough Council hereby Reeolveß by way'of SPECIAL ORDER as follows: ' - ; (A) That for the purpose of providing the cost of purchase from the Waimairi County Council of the Electrical Reticulation in the area (described in schedule hereto), excluded from the County of, "Waimfim and'"included -in the Borough of Riccarton on the.
