DAILY MEMORANDA— Thursday. Feb. 14.
Camelia Calvert, a widow. living by herself at 20, Stewart street, was found dead in bed at 11.30 last night. She had been missed by neighbours since Sunday. An inquest may be necessary. -J. Royal, aged 20 years, a single man farmer, of Prebbleton, was riding a horse yesterday, when it fell on him and fractured his leg. Ho was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital.
